What is a Niche Edit?
A niche edit, also called a link insertion or curated link, is a contextual backlink added to an existing, relevant article on an indexed website. Rather than publishing new content, the link is placed inside a page that already exists and already ranks.
- WHY LINK INSERTIONS WORK
Why Marketers Use Contextual Link Insertions
We specialise in placements inside indexed, traffic-bearing content across relevant publishers. The team combines manual prospect research, editorial outreach and anchor strategy, rather than automated tools that place links on any domain with a decent DR score.
- WHAT'S INCLUDED
How Our Placements Meet Google's Quality Standards
Experience
Pages with demonstrated first-hand knowledge of the topic. We check whether the content actually reads as if someone who’s worked in the space wrote it, not someone who skimmed a few articles and summarised. That distinction shows up in the writing, and it’s usually the first thing that tells us whether a site is worth pursuing.
Expertise
Topical depth verified before any outreach begins. We look through a site’s existing content to see whether it consistently goes deep on the subject, or whether one article was clearly written just to justify a paid placement. A site that’s genuinely spent time on a topic tends to show it, and that’s what we’re actually looking for.
Authoritativeness
Aged, indexed content with verified organic traffic. Domain age and indexation only tell part of the story, so we also check for real organic traffic before a site gets considered. A site nobody’s actually reading doesn’t carry much weight, no matter how good its numbers look on paper.
Trustworthiness
A manual review rules out private blog networks, recently expired domains being repurposed, or farms publishing across dozens of unrelated niches. If a site can’t show a real editorial history, it’s out, regardless of how strong its metrics appear.
The Ranklizer Standard
- WHY OUR LINK INSERTIONS ARE DIFFERENT
Why We Are Different
Every placement goes through the same process: relevance checked, traffic verified, editorial history reviewed, and the page itself manually assessed before outreach begins. We explain what we check and why, so you know exactly what placement is involved before it goes live.
- WHAT YOU KNOW
How We Assess Each Placement
We know that every link-building method carries some level of search engine risk. What separates a safe placement from a risky one is the following quality measurements taken before it lands.
- Packages & Pricing
Contextual Niche Edits

Do I need to provide the anchor text?
You can suggest an anchor, but we’d recommend against using the same exact-match keyword for every placement. A varied anchor profile, mixing branded terms, partial matches and natural phrasing, tends to look more natural than repeating one keyword across every link. We build that variation from the start.
- FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions
Are these real websites?
Yes. Real publishers, real editors, real site owners. We don’t use networks of sites built purely to sell links. Every site is manually reviewed for real traffic and topical relevance before outreach begins. If a site doesn’t pass that review, we don’t use it.
Can placements be approved before going live?
Yes. You can review sites before we begin outreach, before we contact the publisher, or let us manage the full process, whichever you prefer. Nothing is published without going through the approval stage you’ve agreed to.
How long does it take?
Placements typically go live within 2 to 3 weeks of outreach starting. Ranking impact is separate from that timeline. It depends on your keyword’s competitiveness and how the page is crawled and evaluated alongside everything else ranking for that term.
Is buying this against Google's rules?
Google’s guidelines discourage paid links intended to manipulate rankings. We don’t claim that a naturally placed, relevant link removes that risk, and we won’t tell you a placement is risk-free. What we do is keep our process transparent: we explain what we check, what we avoid, and what we can’t guarantee.
What is the difference between a guest post and a link insertion?
A guest post is new content published on a page with no existing traffic or history. A link insertion places a link inside a page that’s already indexed and already has some organic presence. That’s the main structural difference between the two approaches.
How many do I really need to get visibility?
It depends on how competitive your keyword is. Less competitive terms may respond to a small number of strong placements. More competitive niches typically need a longer, steadier campaign. A gradual, consistent build tends to hold up better over time than a fast burst of placements.
What DR should the site have?
DR is one signal among several, not the only one we look at. A lower-DR page with genuine, relevant traffic can be a stronger placement than a high-DR site with no topical connection to your business. Page relevance and real traffic matter more than the DR number alone.
Does a niche edit affect my site?
The outcome depends on where the link is placed. A link on a low-quality page, a link farm, or a site with no real traffic carries more risk than one on a relevant, well-trafficked page. We can’t remove risk entirely, but our review process is built to avoid the placements that carry the most of it.

You can suggest an anchor, but we’d recommend against using the same exact-match keyword for every placement. A varied anchor profile, mixing branded terms, partial matches and natural phrasing, tends to look more natural than repeating one keyword across every link. We build that variation from the start.
